David Pike
Director of Human Resources
David has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field, the vast majority of which has been in unionized environments in a variety of industries. As such, he has extensive experience and is well-versed in the area of labor relations, having negotiated many collective agreements as chief negotiator throughout his career. Prior to his time at Signature Aluminum Canada, Inc., David worked at a manufacturing company for approximately 8 years where he provided key leadership and strategic direction to support the company's mission of becoming a world-class automotive supplier.
David also dedicated 16 years of his career to working for a large organization with a strong North American presence, where he held the title of Vice-President of Human Resources. Change management and improving workplaces through human resource practices are the keystones to his success. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, as well as a Master's Degree in Administration.
